1. Agreement

By creating a workspace or using Zeebora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

Zeebora provides multi-branch business software (including stock, sales, and accounts features) on a per-workspace basis. Each paid or trial customer receives an isolated database. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & access

• You are responsible for admin credentials and for staff you invite.
• Keep passwords secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
• Do not misuse the service (attacks, scraping, illegal content, or sharing accounts in ways that breach plan limits).

4. Trials & billing

• Free trials last 14 days unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Taxes may apply.
• If payment fails or a trial ends without an active subscription, ERP access may be limited to billing until resolved.
• You can manage payment methods via the in-app Billing / Stripe Customer Portal where available.

5. Your data

You own the business data you enter. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of data you store (customers, employees, invoices, etc.).

6. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws. We may suspend workspaces that threaten the platform, other customers, or that violate these Terms.

7. Availability & support

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@zeebora.com.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeebora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits or data), and total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment. After termination, workspace data may be deleted after a retention window.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where practical, notice via email or in-app messaging.
