2. What we collect

• Account details you submit at signup (name, email, phone, company name, workspace URL).
• Billing and subscription data processed by Stripe (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers).
• Usage and technical logs needed to run and secure the service (for example IP address, browser, error logs).
• Business data you enter inside your workspace (stock, sales, customers, staff). That data stays in your dedicated database.

3. Why we use it

• To create and operate your workspace and admin login.
• To send service emails (verification, welcome, billing, security notices).
• To process subscriptions and prevent abuse (rate limits, optional CAPTCHA).
• To improve reliability and support when you contact us.

4. Sharing

We use processors such as hosting, email delivery, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing records while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. You may request closure of a workspace via support.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location (including UK GDPR), you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or raise a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email support@zeebora.com.

7. Security

Each customer workspace uses an isolated database. Access is protected by authentication, HTTPS in production, and role permissions inside the app. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
